Bob
started Lexington-based Quadrant 2 Consulting in early 2005 and
has been building this innovative organization since then. With
a growing list of clients, an emerging reputation of credibility
and trust and a team of creative, highly-educated professionals,
Q2 has become a passion for him, not just a business. His goal is
to help organizations and teams achieve excellence by providing
a variety of professional services to assist projects that are trying
to make a difference within the individual, the institution or the
community.
To his work at Quadrant 2, Bob brings over twenty years of experience
working directly with and for leaders in the public, private and
nonprofit sectors, primarily for the purposes of leveraging resources
and building alliances to improve the delivery of services to needy
citizens and to make public policy for the common good. His work
history includes serving as a policy advisor to a man many consider
one of the most effective reform-minded governors of the last fifty
years, working in the policy research center for a national association
serving state executives based in Washington, D.C., and managing
the development, policy, research, public relations and publications
departments for another national association of state officials.
Bob is a skilled speaker and facilitator and a certified strategic
planner. He has an M.A. in Political Science from the University
of Kentucky and has completed post-graduate work at Georgetown University
and Kent State University. He has taught at the college level, is
a published researcher and is currently studying at Lexington Theological
Seminary.
